CermeTech is a unique start-up with decades of experience. We are an internationally recognized team of polymer chemists, processing specialists, and business managers with the singular goal of becoming the leading producer of preceramic polymers in North America.
Our focus is on the domestic production of polycarbosilane preceramic polymers for next generation military applications, and hybrid silane and silazane polymers for targeted commercial applications in the Oil and Gas, Marine, Power, and Industrial Maintenance sectors.
The management team consists of trained and proven professionals specializing in business operation and program management, including a strong background in managing fast cycle product development programs.

Nicholas Farkas
MANAGER OF ENGINEERING
Nick has managed over twenty research programs, including the development of nanostructured aluminum and magnesium composites for the Department of Defense, as well as the development of Fluidized Bed Chemical Vapor Deposition processes for cladding nuclear fuels for the Department of Energy and Idaho National Laboratories. Mr. Farkas brings a strong background in materials science and a proven history of managing fast cycle product development to the proposed program.

John Neukirchen
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John has over 30 years of experience specializing in advanced corrosion protection technologies. Mr. Neukirchen has served as program manager and technical liaison on a number of successful, high profile developmental projects for clients such as the Office of Naval Research, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Boeing, Westinghouse Hanford, and more. John also served in the US Navy as an AX Technician, VP-1 ASW Squadron.

Jack Neukirchen
IT, DOCUMENT CONTROL, AND PROGRAM MANAGER
Mr. Neukirchen is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Washington in Law, Economics, and Public Policy with a demonstrated skill in Project Management, Business Management, and Network Administration. Jack plays an active role in coordinating daily operations, verifying that milestone progression syncs with project management timelines, and is a primary communication conduit between all program participants. Mr. Neukirchen also acts as CermeTech's Security Officer and the lead in document control, generation, and reporting. Further, Jack oversees and implements all necessary hardware and software upgrades to office infrastructure.
